Booth Selection

Booths are rented on a first come, first served basis. For 2015-2016, we can accommodate up to 20 vendors for each District 10 event. All vendors renting a booth will receive one (1) 2015-2016 membership to Georgia PTA. See the following for booth options.



Booth Options
$300.00 for product booth space rental (2 tables, 2 chairs, prime location), company logo placed on D10 Facebook page and website for one (1) year August 2015 - July 2016, content must adhere to National PTA Internet policies$250.00 for product booth space rental (1 table, 1 chair), company logo placed on D10 Facebook page and website for one (1) year August 2015 - July 2016, content must adhere to National PTA internet policies.$200.00 for company logo placed on D10 Facebook page and website for one (1) year - August 2015 - July 2016, content must adhere to National PTA internet policies.$175.00 for product booth space rental (2 tables, 2 chairs).$150.00 for product booth space rental (1 table, 1 chair).$75.00 for product material placed in bags by D10 volunteers.$50 for product display on tables (materials to be placed by D10 volunteers).

Important Event Information

Event begins at 9:00 AM on Saturday, October 17, 2015, and ends at 1:00 PM. Booth setup begins at 7:30 AM on Saturday, October 17, 2015. Booths must be completed no later than 8:50 AM. Vendors are responsible for set up and tear down of booths. Registration forms are due no later than Monday, October 5, 2015. Forms are to be completed online or emailed to Maria White-Dumas. Vendors fees are to be paid on or before October 15, 2015. Any vendors who have not paid in full by October 15, 2015 will lose their space (no refunds/no rain checks will be given).
